CLARA BARTON

This combination html and Flash web site allows the user to take a virtual tour of the Clara Barton home and includes self-monitoring testing modules. Somerset Group went on-site and shot 360° imagery of key rooms in the home and combined them into an immersive program that allows the view to interact with the space and certain key artifacts in the home. The program also contains a educational section with narration to give students some understanding of the world in which Clara Barton functioned and the issues and challenges faced in the early days of the American Red Cross. There are two targeted grade levels: grades 2 - 4 and grades 5 and up.
